HUD doesn't show at PokerStars NL16 Zoom

I think maybe because that is a new limit for zoom poker, did not see it before tbh
great they have NL16 zoom now btw

They said on the pokertracker forums it will require an update to show

Yeah, it is new, so I suposed that might be it. I also like it.

It works but for any reason HM2 didn't import all of my hands from NL16 zoom...

If Zoom hands are missing make sure you don't close the tables to fast. If a hand is still running where you left the table and you close your Zoom session, the handhistory will not be written.
The same occurs if you have disconnects during the hand. I heard that Stars had some connection problems yesterday.
You can always request your hands from stars support if you feel some are missing.
