pretty much lost in this spot. villain is unknown, feels players on 50 NL are too valueheavy raising flops in 3betted pot. epecially on the co. do you ship the flop? or get in in on the turn?

This seems really nitty. In fact it seems extremely nitty. Let's forget the fact that villain can have draws or pair+draws playing like this but he can also run some bigger weak semibluffs.

Sure, he has some sets here and there but almost never has 2p. So you are afraid of about 9 combos when draws/Qx+draw alone are pretty big.
