I don't really plan on getting 3 streets of value here so checked flop to disguise our hand somewhat.

Do you expect villain to be fishy? I would.

So I would definitely want to set this up for 3-streets and expect plenty of worse Ax in his range.

Why did you not see 3-streets of value on this board? Do you Ax just folds?

I expect a lot of pairs in his range.

Why did you not see 3-streets of value on this board? Do you Ax just folds?

I don't think we get 3 streets all that often even from the likes of AT. How many Ax do you see in his range and what is the lowest Ax that you think give us 3 streets?

Fishy guys call a 3-bet with Ax, hit top pair type hands and then proceed to fold them?

I really doubt so.

Regs on the other hand may fold but even them call light every now and then.
