PokerStars - $1 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 100.35 BB (VPIP: 10.87, PFR: 8.70, 3Bet Preflop: 8.00, Hands: 46)
Hero (SB): 166.92 BB
BB: 142.07 BB (VPIP: 18.25, PFR: 15.87, 3Bet Preflop: 5.66, Hands: 127)
UTG: 100 BB (VPIP: 14.29, PFR: 14.29, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 23)
MP: 33.7 BB (VPIP: 10.00, PFR: 10.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 10)
CO: 221.69 BB (VPIP: 24.11, PFR: 21.43, 3Bet Preflop: 12.63, Hands: 231)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♣ Q♠

fold, MP raises to 33.7 BB and is all-in, fold, fold, Hero calls 33.2 BB, fold

Flop: (68.4 BB, 2 players) Q♦ 3♥ T♣

Turn: (68.4 BB, 2 players) 5♠

River: (68.4 BB, 2 players) 2♦

Spoiler

Hero shows Q♣ Q♠ (Three of a Kind, Queens)
(Pre 71%, Flop 74%, Turn 82%)
MP shows K♠ J♥ (High Card, King)
(Pre 29%, Flop 26%, Turn 18%)
Hero wins 65.6 BB

what hands do you call? JJ+, AK?

direct shove, or call/fold ?

I am wondering about following scenarios:

1) utg opens 3bb, MP shoves 33BB, hero range?
2) MP shoves 33BB, CO calls (100bb deep), hero range?

in both cases, call or shove?

With 33.7bb we can probably call even wider than JJ+,AK but we also have to be somewhat cautious with deep BB behind us. I would tend towards jamming with the lower equity hands to increase possibility of isolating and then trap with the higher equity hands to increase possibility of BB shoving wider trying to isolate vs MP.
