I am doing this small thin river bets as default, also I bet like this sets that block his value. So when he raises, I can tell reg is never bluffing in this spot, and it is thin value, like QT, maybe KQ if he plays it so bad on turn.
is it ok to turn it into bluff, considering that with call I likely never win, and that I rep very strong vs his thin raise?
