You get around 11:1 on the turn after the cap. You are behind nearl 100% and you have at least 2 clean outs but I see at least one of them having a set too so you don't have hidden twopiar outs anymore in case tha both have just a twopair.

Because of that I think that turnfold against the cap is the best you can do.
If they are both aggressive enough then calling the turncao might be good. But fold the river unimproved.
