If you believe you followed all the steps in the Download Guide, then it would be best to open a ticket with our customer support team.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

They will be able to see if it can be salvaged.

Nvm I did do it wrong... I totally thought it was a no deposit thing.... but you do need a deposit im the one that fucked it up
