When I play it is in US dollars or Euros.
When I click "View Stats" and "Graphs" I have the option to show winnings in "My Currency" or BB
"My Currency" looks like it is Canadian dollars.
How to I get the graph to show in US$ or in Euros?

Graphs are designed to display all games regardless of currency played, therefore graphs will always display in My Currency only. It is not possible to display Game Currency, Game Currency is primarily only displayed while looking at hand histories.
