Hi,
200 hands of history with these 2 guys. I didn't filter but there is approximately 50 hands in 9 handed, 100 in short handed (6-4 players), and 50 in 3 handed.
SB: 4,095,864 (41 bb) (VPIP: 38 PFR: 30 3 bet: 16 AF: 2,0)
BB: 4,365,588 (43.7 bb) (VPIP: 39 PFR: 29 3bet: 17 AF: 2,5)
Hero (BTN): 3,958,548 (39.6 bb) (VPIP: 30 PFR: 24 3bet: 16 AF: 2,3)
Very good reg in SB, who understands very well the ICM and knew to pressure a lot when he was CL at 5 left, with some 4 bet bluffs with 93o, a lot of 3 bets on middle stacks, etc. Few hands after this one I even saw him 6 bet / fold vs the BB.
He's not scared and like to aggro. ♦
I am seen like a TAG reg who can slowplay his good hands. Few hands ago, I won a big pot by check calling 3 times with TPTK when SB decided to 3 barrels bluff with total air.
Preflop: Hero is BTN with J

Hero raises to 220,000, SB calls 170,000, BB folds
With his good hands and some garbage hands, SB is going to 3 bet here. When he flats, I don't think it's to squeeze induce (BB was a bit tight lately, and we don't expect him to squeeze with air), but it's often with a medium hand like broadways, a PP, maybe some suited connectors...
Flop: (577,500) 9

SB bets 212,300, Hero calls 212,300
An unusual move from him. I decided to flat very quickly but now I think I should have taken more time to think about his range and consider a raise. What do you think is his range and what do you do here ? ![]()
Turn: (1,002,100) T
(2 players)
SB bets 455,230, Hero calls 455,230
Despite the big aggro of villain, he begins to represent something. I know he also can double barrel a draw, like K9 for example.
But with TP + OESD, I don't think I can fold. I am also IP so if I hit river, I'll be able to make a maximum of value depending on his play, so I don't see any point in raising neither.
River: (1,912,560) T
(2 players)
SB bets 1,252,300, Hero calls 1,252,300
Once again I called very quickly but I think it's an easy fold. Given the fact than I already check called 3 times with a good hand, and the doubling T river, I think villain knows I have a good hand here and it looks like a pure value bet. And vs his value range I don't beat anything.
