Preflop: I think flatting is fine.
Flop: I have a gutshot and a backdoor flushdraw + I expect a lot of players to cbet A-high boards, so I decided to call. Maybe the hand is too weak and I could raise.
Turn: I hit the flushdraw and another 9 came there. At that point it's clear that he probably has a good hand, most likelly a TP. I think I can call again and try to hit a straight or a flush on the river. From this point of view, my raise looks stupid to me because I would never raise a value hand there.
The question is - could I raise the flop?
