8 players post ante of 0.08 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.17 BB) Hero has K♣ 8♣

UTG raises to 2 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold

UTG wins 3.17 BB

I try to calculate that my move here will be EV+ or EV-, but have some problems with calculations. Please tell me if I am correct.

So I give him this range:
88+,AJs+,KQs,AQo+

Its 6.2% and vs me he calling with 100% range
so my fold equity is 0%
VS this range we have 31% Equity
1* (8 x antes+SB+UTG raise) + 1* (((31% x ( our stack+pot - UTG raise)) - (69% x our stack)))

1* (0.64+0.5+2 ) + 1* ((0.31x 7.39) -( 0.69x 6.31) = 3.14 + (2.29- 4.35) = 3.14-2.06= 1.08 bb+ cEV

I think calculation is correct and shove me that I should pushing here, but I am not sure. Can you check please. :f_p:

His range sounds reasonable and you have no fold equity for sure.
I’m not sure what kind of calculations you’re using, but I’m no math wizard :f_rolleyes:
I can’t image against an 88+,AJs+,KQs,AQo+ you can push K8s profitable without fold equity here. For me is K8s a clear fold for sure.
