Do you read terms and conditions of deposit? Maybe you need to wait day or two to processing, read small letters in that offer

First of all, is your account correctly tracked to us. You can check here. If there is a + sign next to William Hill then it is tracked correctly.
There is no code associated with the premium upgrade, so I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team if your account is tracked correctly.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
