Thanks! Yeah losing the first BR seems to have taught me quite a bit. I'm hoping to set more daily goals and BR limits.

Hi Thizzer,
Those sound like solid performance goals.

A couple of suggestions:
Don't get too upset if you don't make "End week with profits in both MTT's and Tables",
A week is a short time, and you will have winning streaks and losing streaks even if you play perfectly.
The focus should always be on the hand in front of you, and playing that hand well.

As much as you can, avoid mixing limits. Player skill varies limit to limit, so mixing them may cause problems with assessing your opponents skill level. So if you're 4-tabling try for 4 tables of NL4 or 4 tables of NL 10.

On the other hand, I know several people who will add in a single table of a higher limit when moving up stakes, and it seems to work for them, so to each his own.

Thanks for the advice. After last nights session, I've decided to stick with just nl10, as I seem to be most comfortable there. And also, thanks for comment on not getting upset. I know being plus in both at this point seems like it would be quite a feat. MTT's are absolutely worth it but making it to final table requires at least some decent luck with the cards.

Had enough good days on the cash tables to pay for buyins but last two sessions were not the greatest, but I know where I made mistakes after reviewing the sessions. Need to do a better job of protecting my hands from draws and tightening up with more than 2 limpers and when their is a raise in front of me. Just overplaying a bit.

Thought this hand was a fun hand from today. Looking back on it, im thinking I maybe could have shoved but didnt want to scare him off. Never seen some one think for so long before calling who knows how tight really, but considering he didnt go all in with the full house, i think my read was right that he would've folded to any aggression.

I would shove the river for sure. I expect if he will have an ace he will call anyway and if he was bluffing your raise size makes not to much different, because he will fold that anyway.

Also looks a shove a little bit weaker than a raise you committed with.
Maybe he will fold an ace earlier with your sizing than with a shove.

mtt adventure has been entertaining. ive been playing the micro satellites a lot which has been a good when i do well in the second tournament. im finding it tough to win in both sat and main event. also seems like QQ and 99 love to trip against my aces this week. Feel like Ive been playing to tight when i get a bigger stack but really not sure. Looking back at the hand histories is tough as well simply because I will notice folding something like Kxs or Ax and see that no one had anything and it all just folds around. No big placings since last update, i dont think maybe 4th or something. Havnt been playin as much this week, but did very well at 10nl. I loosened up a bit after having played so many hands with some of the dudes/gals on the site and it payed off in most spots, overall +. Favorite hand i will post below. I would normally fold to 3b but when the fishy button player called I felt the price was right
