It's probably close, as I see it. Yes, he is a passive fish and when he does that, he most likelly has a fullhouse, but I think he would sometimes raise the flop or turn with pocket 5's or pocket 3's, and they sometimes make those moves with something like AJ, J5 or even 65. Nevertheless, since you made those sizings, I think the safest move is folding.

Folding looks fine. After 3 big barrels a passive guy wakes up - folding is perfectly fine. Plus he can have higher 7x...
