Should i make c-bet on the flop or delayd c-bet on the turn ?

I don’t think it’s had too much sense to Cbet in to 2 players on a K high board.
I would check as well.

As played I would bet turn for thin value and protection and her-evaluate on further action.
Now herymarce is betting it will be close. It’s possible he will bet with a T, K or maybe a draw. So I would call here as well and fold if he bets on river again.
