If it is in a poker client, tell us where.

On closer inspection, the number appears to be an incorrectly formatted North American toll-free number.
It should look like this:

A) I am in Canada, and is the same number in the link you provided.
B) I did called and there was a message saying that number has changed, so I called the new number but the I don't remember if they didn't pick up the phone or something but I do remember that wasn't able to speak with someone in the phone even with the second number.
p.s. If the number has changed maybe you should update it on the site?

A couple of points to note:
I am a PokerStrategy.com moderator, I have no control over 888's websites
The page I linked indicates that the number is only active from 09:00 to 12:00 Eastern time
My suggestions would be to use the contact form now, and tomorrow, during the time window, give the second number a call.
