i would check back turn, reason? he has a SDV hand, population is always cbetting dry Q high flops with his air so when he checks i expect some 66-77, 8x, AK, 99-JJ, and some weak TPs like QTs, QJs

so in my opinion we have to bet flop for value of 8X and protection of his OCs (his xfolding range like ATo has some equity against us) but ott i dont think we have a valuebet..

what do u think about bet flop x turn and fold river if he bets? too weak? he would just check down his AK, 8x hands.. the problem with that line is that sucks if he turns 8x, 77, 66 etc into a bluff

i dont think a 18/17 player has less than A8 in his range and that is the only hand you can extract value from...
if u are uncertain of where you stand because of the smallish bets then you should check it down

the problem here is that he's utg. i don't see enough 8x- in utg range for this to be profitable, but if it was like co vs btn then it gets more interesting

Flop bet is a mistake. Turn bet once u get called is even a bigger mistake and the river makes it a huge mistake!! Way too thin.

You have max. one street of value and you can bluffcatch max. 1 street if ur opponent is not crazy. So usually xback flop, xback turn, value bet good river. And talking about bluffcatching u can do it at any street he bets but only 1 street as default.
