99 bluffcatcher

the combination of his sizings doesn't make much sense, but i fold river. it's standard "he seems crazy and reps super narrow" spot, but this is a bad bluff spot, people tend to be more honest otr and i don't see too many bluffs other than completely random spaz

too marginal imo, better spots to make money. you had a relatively nice board runout and you're still not too happy stationing down - the board will often come with an overcard on the turn and river with flushes completing etc so that's another thing to consider. pocket pairs don't often make great bluffcatchers imo. rather even have 7x here to block some of his value/thin value

his river size make his range polar, he has some 8x, 66, 87 and some of that hands he would not raise flop. He is repping T9 also and we block a lot of combos. He is never valuebeting GS like JT on that size

having said that... i think 99 is the best hand to bluffcatch (some 7x hands too cause blocks 87s), im prolly more interested on calldown with 99 than AA here, and if this hand is ours better bluffcatch i think that call make sense

on the other hand, we dont know anything about villain...

Small raise F , small bet T , big bet R. He probably thought that J is a scarecard for me and betting big would make me fold my pockets. I`ve smelt his bluff from a mile. His betting size looked pretty weird, especially OTR. Moreover, I`ve seen plenty of players doing bluffy moves on paired F especially IP with overcards and so on. He showed K3s . MISERABLE!

i don't even hate it tbh. i just feel like we don't have enough info yet, i mean i guess you could check the number of tables and then if it's 1-table then it's most likely not a lag reg and my considerations about reg tendencies don't apply

i cant say he has a high AF on rivers based on 33 hands... so calling there is making too strong assumptions about your oponent

Turn sizing is typical sizing for weaker player to try freeroll equity w. a draw. River u block strongly T9 and 98 and J is a typical scarecard for u that looks good to bluff for villain. I would call river expecting to see a hand like A2:diamond::diamond: fairly often.
