MP3 wins with a full-house, sixes full of twos(6:c 6:s).

oponent is a LAG TAG
he was open raising from UG about 25% in 200hands so he was opening wider than he should have
he is defending against a 3bet by calling 50% and then playing fit/fold postflop
previously i stole a few 3bet pots from him but in last hands he was more aggressive and he took back some

K9 , i was in good shape for a 3bet bluff
As he check/raised flop, his range narrows to:
AJ+, KQ, QQ,JJ,TT
i was thinking he hated to fold vs me and tried to play back with air or with AQ
i knew he would tighten up alot and fold AQ if i shoved and i also had a gutshot so i went all in :badteeth:

so what went wrong !?!

He flopped a set?
You play like I always do except I play small-ball and don't 3-bet even mad UTG with K9o. I also rest my case when I get reraised and have nothing. Besides, that flop hits an UTG opener - mad or not. I'd take my free card for the gutshot in an equivalent situation (meaning I have KTs or something remotely reasonable).

I don't know if this is helpful, but playing good LAG-TAG usually means loose, splashy and aggressive on the earlier betting rounds when things (and bluffs) are cheap. But when the big money goes in, they are as rational as everybody else, thriving on their image getting too loose calls etc. Sorry abut lecturing you.

K9o is in the 23% range. If villain folds 50% to 3 bet, it is not ok to 3 bet him with that kind of hand.
When villain calls pre - he is with 12% range, vs him you are behind. No need to bet flop, no need to put money in the pot.
You have just a GS and I doubt you will be happy if K hits....

when i see this one thing crossing my mind ( if you want go to war do it with strong hands ) at lower limits no need to make fancy moves to be a winning player

Totally agree with Nitrol. No need to bet K9o here.

If he is playing fit or fold postflop, I don't mind 3betting this hand, but it's probably really marginal. But when he didn't fold the flop, according to our plan, I think we have to bet/fold with just a gutshot and an overpair and without sufficient fold equity. I believe that both calling and shoving would be -EV in this case.

If villain plays fit or fold and calls flop you must stop investing money with your potentially mediocre hand.

If he hit the board he will not fold and you do not have much to improve.

True. But given the reasons that hero gave us, we can 3bet and cbet flop profitable with a wide range.

OK, but after villain x/raises we have to fold.
