Dont see reason why you couldnt.
Of course there are standard rules that say you cannot do the quiz for her and that you cant share account etc, but other than that its ok imo.

there shouldn't be a problem with that.
She may has to send a copy of her ID (and maybe proof of residence)but that should be it.
