Pokertracker counts my own money as profit when I shove all in

Basically, when I shove all in, pokertracker counts my own money as profit also in results. Is there a fix to this?

iPoker - €0.10 NL (2 max) - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

Hero (SB): 172 BB
BB: 25.2 BB (VPIP: 100.00, PFR: 48.28, 3Bet Preflop: 41.67, Hands: 34)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 5h 5s
Hero raises to 2 BB, BB raises to 8 BB, Hero raises to 172 BB and is all-in, BB calls 17.2 BB

Flop : (197.2 BB, 2 players) 7d Qc Qh

Turn : (197.2 BB, 2 players) Js

River : (197.2 BB, 2 players) 3d

Hero shows 5h 5s (Two Pair, Queens and Fives)

BB shows Tc 6c (One Pair, Queens)

Hero wins 193.9 BB

Another example of this issue:

iPoker - £0.10 NL (2 max) - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (SB): 285 BB
BB: 101.9 BB (VPIP: 70.37, PFR: 44.44, 3Bet Preflop: 23.08, Hands: 28)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8♠ 8♦

Hero raises to 2 BB, BB raises to 101 BB, Hero raises to 285 BB and is all-in, BB calls 0.9 BB

Flop: (386.9 BB, 2 players) 4♠ 6♦ 5♣

Turn: (386.9 BB, 2 players) 4♥

River: (386.9 BB, 2 players) K♠

Hero shows 8♠ 8♦ (Two Pair, Eights and Fours)

BB shows A♠ 7♥ (One Pair, Fours)

Hero wins 376.9 BB

It shows how big pot you won. When you check the results, does it show in "won" column the right amount?

Concerning the second example: In the results it shows that I won 27.50£ for some reason, even though the whole pot is 37.69£ and villains stack is 10.09£. So it shows profits falsely in all results.

Hi, Defthy,
I'll keep my eye out for this.

It might take a while, though, as I never win all-ins

I'll have a look in my database a little later on this morning...

Appreciated. Very annoying issue to which I can't find a solution.

Hi, Defthy
Well, I just had a look at my PT4 database, and I cannot figure out how to filter for hands on which I went all-in.

I'm sure I did -- but I cannot find a filter for it.

I'll get back to you in a bit.

That bottom line is just a line that shows the size of the pot hero has won. At Ipoker it gives the excessive amount back after the hand is resolved. That is not a bug, as it shouldn't think you have actually won that much. Here is an example from PokerStars:

It says that I won 212bb, which is the size of the pot.

But this is what it counts for actual profit (won). It is $52,75 which is 105,5bb. It might be deceiving as it says "hero wins xxx" as it just means "hero collects a pot that is sized xxx".

Hi, Defthy ,
OK, I found one.
As you can see, in this hand I shoved the flop, and got called.

GTECH G2 (Boss) - C$0.04 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG: C2.04 (VPIP: 36.84, PFR: 5.26, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 19)
MP: C0.80 (VPIP: 30.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 10)
CO: C0.70 (VPIP: 62.07, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 29)
BTN: C1.36 (VPIP: 54.55, PFR: 18.18, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 11)
SB: C8.57 (VPIP: 41.51, PFR: 18.87, 3Bet Preflop: 9.09, Hands: 54)
Hero (BB): C5.74

SB posts SB C0.02, Hero posts BB C0.04

Pre Flop: (pot: C0.06) Hero has A♥ A♦

fold, MP calls C0.04, fold, fold, SB raises to C0.28, Hero raises to C0.60, fold, SB calls C0.32

Flop: (C1.24, 2 players) 6♥ 8♥ J♠
SB checks, Hero bets C0.64, SB raises to C1.90, Hero raises to C5.14 and is all-in, SB calls C3.24

Turn: (C11.52, 2 players) K♠

River: (C11.52, 2 players) 2♣

SB shows Q♦ Q♣ (One Pair, Queens)
(Pre 18%, Flop 9%, Turn 5%)
Hero shows A♥ A♦ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 82%, Flop 91%, Turn 95%)
Hero wins C10.37

You're right -- it shows the pot size, and mislabels in "wins".
However, in the line in the report that I found this in, the column "My C Won" it showed I had won $4.63.

Now the other problem I have with PT4:
My database currency is $US, but this particular site is $CAD, so the numbers in the reports are in $US and I have no clue what exchange rate they use.

It would be nice if they had a column for "game currency won"

So the long and short if it is that yes, the hand history shows gross amount, but internally it is recording your wins correctly.

I'm going to put in a feature request:

Please provide an option to show the following in the results section of a hand history:
:diamond:  Pot size, broken out by main pot and any side pots
:diamond:  $won/lost by each player in each of the pots
:diamond:  rake paid overall, and if possible rake contributed by each player
:diamond:  winner's net

Cheers,
VS

I would like to link a graph from my pokertracker, but it seems not possible or at least I don't see an option that would let me link pics from desktop. Does it have to do with status?

Hi, Defthy ,
OK, I think I may have figured this out.
If you have a look at the hand history window for the hand above, you can see that the Net amount I won is shown at the top in the red circle

Do you see this amount when you examine your hands?

Let us know...

Okay, so my hand looks like this. So it still says 27.50£.

What does it say in the column that you can see in my second pic? If it has the wrong number there, then it's a bug. The number after the name in that drop down menu might be changed somewhere in the settings between won/pot size, I am not sure. But if winnings column has the wrong number, then it needs to be fixed.

It's the wrong number in the winnings column also :(.
