NL16 SH Zoom AJ, CO vs BTN, Calling 3bet

Preflop we could even be considering 4betting maybe though I like calling also. Don't know which one is better. Against that sizing I would OOP float the flop too and when we hit the second pair I think we really can't be folding here. Especially against that betsize. So I would call the turn and re-evaluate the river.

The thinking was that I have a BD nut FD, BDSD and an overcard, so I can't just check/fold. In addition, the board is perfect for bluff cbetting, so I expect to be ahead some of the time. The board is alsy dry, so we are defending with check/calling our entire range. I don't have enough sample for checking his fold vs raise flop cbet in 3bet pots, in which case I could maybe exploitatively check/raise dry boards. The plan was also to check/call another diamond or A on the turn, maybe even do something in case I hit a gutshot. Now I think that I should also check/call a Jack. There is also a posibility that he will check back the turn, in which case I can bet the river. In case I check/call the turn, the plan is to check/fold the river with just a pair, even a top pair.

I make quad 9's on the turn and by the time I decide weather to call or raise I time out :-)

I will not be so happy to see an A there. Still, you can call turn.

Me neighter, but if we call the 3bet with AJo oop, we have to defend TP because if we don't, we are probably folding too much to cbets (that's the case with me atm).

Not many hands in his history, but he seems to like 3betting, so call is good preflop imo - good odds, suited, I'd prefer a call over 3bet even oop.
Flop is bluff a 2/3 of the time, but I'd still fold or c/r here. You have 2 backdoors, but the straight isn't even open ended and he'd most likely protect against the flushdraw on the turn. I wouldn't count the A as an out because he's most likely not 3betting with KJo or similar, but instead, if he had a hand on the flop, he's most likely sitting there with AK or KQs, and you lose your stack against AK. So if I'm calling here, I'm calling with the sole intention of bluffing the turn, but we're oop, so I'd likely not take that risk in a 3bet pot vs nearly unknown. I'm folding flop 90%.
Turn I also fold as played; don't know what we have to gain except a lucky J on river.

On this kind of board we will defend our entire defending range by check/calling. On this particular board, we don't represent much because would 4bet KK preflop, but also wouldn't check/raise sets here.
