no $10 credit at coral waited over 1 week so far

i signed up at coral via pokerstrategy.com
believing that id be credited $10 after signing up
i waited and was bounced back from the forum to coralpoker as to who may pay out tht credit

completed it in both ways
got a hold of corals online support only to find
that i had been credited a poker bonus via pokerstrategy
and if i earned 200pp itd release $5
umm yerr not quite what i thought i was signing up for

i was looking forward to trying out the site
on cash tables and tournies

but looks like thats not going to happen now???

If I understand it well you didn’t received $10 on Coral Poker. Than it’s the best way to send a ticket to our customer service. They can check out for you why you didn’t received your money yet.

After you get the $10 you need rake $20 before you can withdraw this bonus money.

Hopefully it’s now clear enough but if you have still some questions don’t hesitate to ask them.
