I've just purchased HM2 through the promo where I can get a gold membership here. I've went to enter my username on the promo page but it keeps saying that it isn't a valid HM2 username?
Can anyone help me out with this?

Not sure why it’s not working properly for you, but I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service and they help you with your issue.
