To be able to withdraw the free money, you need to generate $20 of rake and/or tournament fees and you need to make a minimum deposit of $20.
When you receive the money, you have to collect at least 5 StrategyPoints (= $1 rake) within 14 days, otherwise the money will be taken away. Please note that Bonus SPs do not count.
I think you receive 22 NetBet points per $1 rake paid, so you would need 110 NetBet points.
Also note that if you earn more than 1 SP in a day, you will also receive 10 Bonus SPs which makes it really easy to obtain Silver status.
