As to the hand:
I see you are of the school of thought that minraises from the button. The purpose of this is to allow you to call more 3Bets from the blinds. The downside is that the BB now has pot odds to call with just about anything.

I don't know how sophisticated this guy is, but the chance of Ax is pretty good.
If that x is a 6, 8 or T you're beat.

I see you HM2 -- do you have any stats on the BB?
If he is generally passive post-flop, I'm def out of here.
If he's aggro, I'll pay him off -- consider it an investment in the future when you have a hand.

I imagine from the min raise on the turn this player is passive as you do not normally see an aggro player min raising. Against a river pot bet I would tend to fold. I don't see anything wrong with checking back flop too though.

You have 2P and it is not a deadly sin to call in this situation. If you decide to call you should definitely make a note on villain.

Calling and folding are probably both fine on the river, but I prefer folding.

Im with allen here. Tbh vs fish on theese stakes a minR turn is pretty strong
Note this is just my opinion

Question you have to ask yourself is:
1. Is villain bluffing here? I'd say very rarely.
2. Are there any hands in villains value range that uses this line that you beat? Yes you have 2pair but not a very good one - Is he going for a cr OTT with AJ,AQ? no? then i think the fold is fine OTR.
