Too deep to x/r OTF?

Could consider donking with top-set here.

By this check-raise you put yourself in mighty difficult position here. I'm not saying it was wrong move, but as you said many turns put you in sick spot

If villain tanks-pot turn, I assume you checked it to him. You have measly 23,5% against 98, but I think I couldn't check to him here when he could have so much else than just that. AKQ9, JT/TT/22/straight-draw that picked up diamond-draw OTT.. So I think I would continue betting OTT and go broke as played OTF.

[F] 4way id consider donking aswell. even though u pretty much always have a strong made hand when donking (balance problem), the risk of giving a free card is pretty high 4way
x/r is still fine imo (i dont have much experience playing deep) cuz even though a lot of the turns arent ideal, 1/4 give u a fd and a 7 isnt that scary
[T] as played: id definitely bet again. only 98 got there and id hate to x/f against 1 sort of combos (villain has way more KQxx in his range than 98xx)

I could not find much information that was consistent about online chat tells. I would generally assume confidence. (implies a strong hand).
Goading to induce a call is common (with the nuts)
Saying "I have the nuts" is common
binoculars I have no ideas?

When he chats, it's most likely a sign of strength.

I would tackle this by checking out how many safe turns you have. Any 7, 8, 9, Q, K or A completes a straight. That is 20-24 cards, which means 55-60%. So still around 40% of the turns you have the effective nuts. If we consider any club or heart as a good one for you, it means over 70% of the turns are good for you.

So raising isn't a bad option, it's just those 30% of the turns that sucks. At those I would check and see what kind of odds the opponent gives. He might make a mistake and bet small enough for you to call.

On the flop the pot is 4way and the board hits a lot of hands. I would donk here, as you don't want it to go checked through. In multiway pots the original raiser rarely cbets air to this board.

with 2bdfd's i like the potraise for sure. Also ott you should continue betting. The 7 completes by far the most unlikely straightdraw, and it might give him extra equity with the diamond. An ugly spot for sure, but i think that's the correct play.

That's why when I chat 100% of the time I bluff/semi bluff all in and I want a fold ♦

The chatting is weird but something I think you shouldn't get hung up on, it does indicate strength but it is only a factor and a rare occurence at the felt. Your raise is fine, you have the best hand on the flop of course, you put pressure and build fold equity for the turn. By checking to him on the turn you are wasting that potential fold equity against all his KQxx hands and giving him the initiative. If you continue and were to be raised I would consider folding but it depends on the size of the raise as I can't see him continuing with a random 89 on the flop. Player could have 9JTQ, KQAx, TT, 22, all sorts of combinations and only 89 is beating you so i would maintain the agression.
A check raise, check is very weak in my eyes.
