Hi, I used the promo code PS200 or something nearly a week ago at PKR. I was told if I deposit not only I would get a cash bonus, I would get silver status too. I got my cash bonus, strategy points, but I'm still at bronze status. Please help me

Hey paulyxstatic,
The best thing to do would be to open a ticket with our customer support team. They will get to the bottom of it. 
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
