Well played, imo. When fish raises river and a draw completes we fold.

I agree. Well played. If you want, call once to see what he has (you don't have to invest more money than you already did), but in 99% of the cases, he has his flush.

How do you know that BB is a fish? Only 5 hands of data.

I would check/call the river instead of bet/fold.

I would bet bigger on turn..getting him hard to call with his flush draw..something like 18-19bb..river line is good..

What is the purpose of checkcalling? What hands will he turn into a bluff? Why turn two pair into a bluffcatcher vs a fish?

I like your line all the way through, NH! As Darhem said you can go a little bigger OTT.
