bluff overbet turn vs. fish

He is stealing 5 %, so preferred to just call.

I don't know what to think about this hand, because anyway you put it, something doesn't click. Sure, you could make him fold pocket pairs, but a calling station steal so big with them? There are no flush draws there, and the turn brings four to a straight, so, in theory, he should have only 10-x there. But why did he call the turn to fold the river, screaming that he doesn't have 10-x? What was he waiting for? Broadways are out of the question, because the board hits him in some way...

I don't think you bluffed him. I actually think he correctly folded some junk he tried to steal with. This would make sense. He raised big, so to make you fold, because he doesn't want to see a flop. He checked the flop (good for him) and called the turn because he hoped to bluff-catch you. He saw that you were serious on the river, so he folded.

The thing is there`s no way he`s opening 5% from the BU, no way. If you are not restealing AK, what are you restealing then? 3bet/5bet preflop

When I see it now his hand, the way he pleyed it, looks like AK. I doubt now that with PP he would open 4 bb. But god knows what the fish might have.

excitedpoker: there are guys that do not steal at all, playing some sort of 60/0:f_biggrin: And I'm sure there could be a winning strategy with this tactics just have to make your limp/calling, limp/re-raising, etc. ranges really well.

he probably folds exactly the same hands to 2.20 otr. and i don't think u can rule out Tx on the account of his timing. if anything, it reduces the possibility a little bit.
