ok, so first of all AQo is not a 3bet vs UG Open raising range. I mean he has to be pretty loose for us to 3bet here.
The sad part is that we have to squeeze because they are 2 players.
Because we are bluffing here, we want to generate more folds and raising as small as 1.35$ is inviting players to come along.

On flop we are getting called by all better hands and by flush draw so betting flop is like giving presents.
Calling a raise when we can be drawing dead is giving more presents.

AQo is perfect for a squeeze in yhis situation. UTG opens, CO calls, we are OOP and have to squeeze. Vs two I would not cbet this. And of course fold vs the raise.
