On one hand he is raising against 2 on dry flop which is strong. On the other hand he is on the aggro. side. Maybe turning our hand to a bluffcatcher is fine.

I do not think this board is dry. We cannot fold here so call should be fine.

Only possible draw is QT, which is not making the board wet imo.

I don't think many players are raising with gutter or backdoors vs. 2. T9 are not "a lot of gutters". But if you think he is doing it with gutter then it is easier call.

Villain seems raise happy. We do not know for sure is he raising GS or some other weak draws.

He doesent have donking (srp) in his arsenal, and he is raising a bunch of cbets in srp OOP so i guess he plays mw same way it is obv he is playin his cards, look at the 3bet and rfi by position.. it looks like he could be playing gutters this way, even tp...ott we have to call...

I think that if we decide to call the flop, then we have to call this turn and river. Check/raising flops mwp usually means a very strong hand, imo. So, if we think that he is capable of bluffing or value raising worse, then we have to call him down. From the stats, it looks like he might have other hands than monsters there.

I personally prefer a fold.
It's microstakes, they never 3 barrel x/r flop with a draw like Q10. Even though he is aggro is doesn't mean he is bluffing on this board texture, it looks a lot like KJ or pocket 33's.
