i need help configuring my rush hud. when i click auto detect on for FTP, it says FTP does not save hand history. i manually add in the handhistory folder. i get the stats when i check the reports for my gameplay but the hud doesn't show up on the tables. need help thanks

Make sure you're starting everything in the proper order as explained in this configuration guide: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/site-configuration/full-tilt-configuration-guide#enabling-the-rush-poker-hud
If that doesn't get things working, restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file (this will help us determine what's the matter): https://www.pokertracker.com/contact/PT4
You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 or PokerTracker4.log in that folder. Your Windows settings will determine how the file's name will appear but in either case it will have an icon like a sheet of paper.
