CO marked as a fish, BB is never bluffing with this sizing, right? So we're against KK+, AK, AKs? I really think the fish is just bringing dead money on the table. What do we do? Is the dead money enough to shove with ~40% odds against BB?

Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

Hero (SB): $5.91 (118.2 bb)
BB: $5 (100 bb)
UTG: $4.91 (98.2 bb)
MP: $13.40 (268 bb)
CO: $4.36 (87.2 bb)
BTN: $5.92 (118.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q Q
2 folds, CO raises to $0.15, BTN folds, Hero raises to $0.45, BB raises to $1.50, CO calls $1.35, Hero does what?

If we got fish calling that kinda bet it is therefore highly likely that he's gonna put whole stack on the table. No need to slow play, even if bb holds KK AK AA you've got decent odds now to shove and not considered yourself loosing players in the long run

Really don´t like these spots. Readless I think we can stack off given the fish. If I would have a read that BB is a reg and that he may know that CO is a fish than I would tend more to fold since I expect really narrow range at BB.

I think it is close if we know the reg will appear only with KK+, AK. Maybe fold and save our money. Depends also what kind of fish is the fish. If he is passive and calls cold 4bet after being preflop aggressor I would more tend to fold.

Equity Win Tie
MP3 33.21% 32.65% 0.56% { QdQh }
CO 42.39% 39.23% 3.17% { KK+, AKs, AKo }
BU 24.40% 20.81% 3.59% { TT+, AJs+, AKo }

In fact, if we look through BB's eyes, he can have a normal range in this spot. Fish is raising, SB is defending... perfect to put pressure on. Plus it is all late position wars.

Interesting point and it´s definitely possible but I think when we 3bet vs fish it looks strong - yes, we can have wider range but it´s probably wider value range. I expect blinds can attack us more when we have wide bluffing range.

even if they do think that we are isoing the fish wide and they can re-iso us - i don't think avg player here will employ the strategy, even up to 25nl probably alot of 50 players peoples ranges for C4B are insane

on the plus side alot of people also play AK face up so we should pretty much know where we are on the turn but how much money do we invest in the long run to get there, fish being involved is a major benefit though and it might even make the reg play more face up OTF

Thanks guys. I ended up shoving, BB called with KK and the fish called with AJ.
