Dealt to Hero A♥ 8♠

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.15, BTN calls $0.15, fold, fold

FLOP ($0.37) T♥ 6♠ T♠

Hero bets $0.20, BTN calls $0.20

TURN ($0.77) T♥ 6♠ T♠ 6♦

Hero checks, BTN checks

RIVER ($0.77) T♥ 6♠ T♠ 6♦ Q♥

Hero checks, BTN bets $0.45, Hero ??

On 37 hands the fish is 49/16

Preflop standard I guess. On the flop I think he might fold sometimes 22-55 and also if he folds some of his random overcards or suited connectors I'm fine (if not I'm ahead with A high). He will obviously call all his FD but I'm ahead of most

On the turn, I was about to give up (now he wouldn't probably fold anything he called the flop with), so I check but he checks behind.

On the river, I don't know what to think, he might have ofc Q♠7♠ or some random Q♠X:spade:, but on the other hand what if he has A♠X:spade: and bets as a bluff? or any random hand which he might be inclined to bluff with? The call here must be right only about 1/3 of the time to be profitable (ofc he might sometimes have Tx too, but that is ok, i need to win only 1/3 of the time) so I'm doubting if this is an easy fold or one might end up calling vs fishes.

I think the flop is close. We probably don't have enough fold equity on that board and we don't have a clear value. I also don't expect alot of folds on later streets if he calls the flop. I would say that betting, check/calling and check/folding are all open there. As played, I think that checking the turn is fine. I would then check/fold the river. I don't think he is bluffing very often because he would probably do it on the turn. Might be that he hit that Q, but he could also have a slowplayed fullhouse or 99-77.

You can think of calling bigger than half pot bet on river only if you have reads or notes.

Yes, he missed the turn bet. But I do not see many players bluff this spot too.

Fold is probably OK and at least less variance. I would make my decision also according to the table dynamics or read - if he ever bluff on the river? True is that is bigger chance that he will bluff OTT
