Hello Everyone.
I have recently been starting to take my poker a bit more serious, and started understanding that you should try to put your opponents on ranges.
So today i was in a sesson where played 3k hands - 4 tabling NL2 zoom SH, and i encountered a hand where i am not sure if i should played differently.
Here is the hand in question:

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB
Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♠ Q♣
Hero raises to 4 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, BB raises to 14 BB, Hero calls 10 BB
Flop: (28.5 BB, 2 players) K♦ 5♠ 8♠
BB checks, Hero checks
Turn: (28.5 BB, 2 players) Q♥
BB bets 15 BB, Hero raises to 53 BB, BB raises to 115 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 62 BB
River: (258.5 BB, 2 players) T♦
BB shows K♥ K♠ (Three of a Kind, Kings)
(Pre 82%, Flop 99.9%, Turn 98%)
Hero shows Q♠ Q♣ (Three of a Kind, Queens)
(Pre 18%, Flop 0.1%, Turn 2%)
BB wins 249.5 BB
I put him on a range of (KK+,AKs,AKo) because of his Preflop 3bet, so rather than 4bet him, since i am 1:1.5 dog, but i think have high implied odds if i do hit my set and will likely stack him.
On flop i was ready to fold to any bets, but it goes check check, and on turn comes the queen. and now i stand in the situation where i feel like i could be ahead of fair share of the time.
Hope to get some feedback on how to improve in these spots
