I'm almost sure I've seen the villain raising postflop before, and with his huge AF 2.1 for VPIP 58 and PFR 5 he's definitely not loose-passive.
On river it looks crazy, but if we look closer: against his 1/2 pot donk with AQ vs his super loose range I think we have a value raise. Then he min-raises us and leaves only $0.64 behind. If we call, we'll be calling any river as well.
So I guess our options are either shove or fold to 1/2 pot donk and min-3B. I think it comes down to villain type, but I'm not sure what to do about our villain.
