I take that it is a standard play?
What I'm not sure about is his turn and river bet sizing. A hand that would bet turn small and then bet river big is JT, which we partially block, and 99. So a good opponent will have either these two hands here or a bluff. But now nobody said we're playing against a good opponent, so it's still a standard fold?
When I think about it again, no way we open from UTG and don't bet a dry Qxx flop. It's like saying, "I don't have a Q, please take the pot." To make things worse we'll be calling at least one or two streets and that makes us lose even more money if the villain continues with the bluff resting assured that the best hand we ever have here is JJ.
