Hero (SB): $26.97 (134.9 bb)
BB: $28.90 (144.5 bb)
UTG: $21.50 (107.5 bb)
MP: $23.70 (118.5 bb)
CO: $24.67 (123.4 bb)
BTN: $20.94 (104.7 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9 8
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.60, CO folds, BTN calls $0.60, Hero raises to $2.60, 2 folds, BTN calls $2

Flop: ($6) J 5 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $3.60, BTN raises to $7.20, Hero raises to $24.37 and is all-in, BTN calls $11.14 and is all-in

Turn: ($42.68) A (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: ($42.68) 2 (2 players, 2 are all-in)

Preflop: Decided to squeeze 98s. I believe it should be a standard move vs average players, but the BTN is a fish, so I'm not sure if squeezing is the best move. Maybe it would be better just to overcall.

Flop: I hit a FD. This is probably one of the best flops I could get in this situation, so decided to bet and go broke vs fish.

MP: 24/17/65/664 (VPIP/PFR/IP_Ft3B/H)
BTN: 56/7/0/0,9/42 (VPIP/PFR/FtFlopCB/AF/H)

I don't think I've ever squeezed (squoze?) with speculative hands, unless I know for sure villains can fold.
If I *do* squeeze though, I attack whatever flop I get, so here I might go as high as 4.50 to rep the overpair.

I like the way you played it, but as I said, I'm probably folding pre.

Best of luck,
VS

With this hand I prefer overcalling. It plays well mw and there is no need to inflate the pot expecting the fish to call.

Maybe calling pre is better. It is all about playability.
