Hi folks!
Just finished the fourth serving and I am well-fed now!
However! I have a question about a hand during the Video.
I have written the question under the video but somehow I believe this forum might be better.
The hand starts 44:44
We are in the BB with A♥:J♣:A♠:2♣:
UTG decided to raise 3bb.
BTN called.
SB folds.
We flat.
FLop: (9,5bb)
Q♣:5♠:6♣:
Hero checks, UTG checks and the BTN aswell.
Turn: (9,5bb)
Q♣:5♠:6♣: K♣:
Hero bets 5bb. UTG raises to 16bb. BTN folds. Hero calles.
River: (41,5bb)
Q♣:5♠:6♣: K♣: 8♥:
Hero checks. UTG bets 31bb. Hero calls.
The topic is bluffcatching. Kyyberi explains us pretty well why Villain probably does not have the A high flush.
Why wouldn't we check / ship the river for value?
If villain does not very often holds the nuts. We have the nuts. ( Obvious
)
If villain truely does not have the A high flush. He will probably call worse after he comitted so much on the river.
What do you think?
//Edit:
Stacksizes would be nice.
Hero and BTN have 100bb
UTG has 150bb
