[Closed] Failed to establish a connection to '127.0.0.1'

I've alredy installed PokerStrategy elephant and when I've tried to create database - Failed to establish a connection to '127.0.0.1'

Any suggestions?

Please check if the postgres.exe is running in the task manager. If thats not the case please try starting via Start -> Programs -> PostgreSQL 8.3 -> Start service. If thats not there you have to install postgresql manually.
