I know it says I'm UTG+1 down there, but really I'm MP1, as we're 8-handed. I'm never sure whether I should OR KQs from this position. What do people think?

The flop is very wet, but with overcards and a GS, I think I should be ok to c-bet (bet size is too small?). When villain raises this is an obvious fold.

Poker Stars $10.00 No Limit Hold'em - 8 players

UTG: $10.62 - VPIP: 24, PFR: 21, 3B: 20, AF: 0.3, Hands: 33
Hero (UTG+1): $15.03 - VPIP: 18, PFR: 14, 3B: 7, AF: 2.8, Hands: 12491
MP1: $10.00 - VPIP: 16, PFR: 10, 3B: 3, AF: 2.8, Hands: 320
MP2: $10.00 - VPIP: 12, PFR: 8, 3B: 5, AF: 1.2, Hands: 234
CO: $10.32 - VPIP: 14, PFR: 11, 3B: 0, AF: 8.0, Hands: 110
BTN: $13.16 - VPIP: 36, PFR: 6, 3B: 0, AF: 2.3, Hands: 94
SB: $10.55 - VPIP: 16, PFR: 14, 3B: 7, AF: 4.5, Hands: 172
BB: $10.00 - VPIP: 18, PFR: 16, 3B: 0, AF: 4.0, Hands: 51

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is UTG+1 with K  Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.30, MP1 calls $0.30, 5 folds

Flop: ($0.75) T :club: 7 :club: 9 :spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.36, MP1 raises to $1.30, Hero folds

Final Pot: $1.47
MP1 wins $0.46
(Rake: $0.07)

No point in cbetting this flop. Wet board, no folds, hits villain better...

I'm not a fan of a cbet here either. And yes the sizing is too small, it should be at least 2/3 pot here imo.
