If you're bonus hasn't been credited, the best option would be to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
Please note that this is the English community and we would prefer all conversations to be in English. You can check out our Portuguese site if that would be more convenient.

Welcome to PokerStrategy.com!
You should be able to find the opt-in button by going to your cashier in the Full Tilt software and clicking the Promotions button. This should take you to a page with various promotions.
If your account is linked to PokerStrategy.com correctly, you should be able to find a PokerStrategy.com logo on that page. If you click that logo, you should be able to opt in and thus be able to earn StrategyPoints and get the free money.
