No Limit Holdem Tournament
4 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
CO attika66666 (150)
BTN coolrunaz (7390)
SB fradoisback (9800)
BB Hero (2660)

Blinds: 300/600

Pre-flop: (900, 4 players) Hero is BB T♥ T♣
2 folds, fradoisback goes all-in 9,800, Hero folds

Final Pot: 10,705

fradoisback wins 10,400 ( won +600 )

Easy fold? SnGwizard says that it would be a fold even if opponent pushes any two in this spot, but still...

CO is too short. JJ might be close i guess (if SB knows what he is doing / is pushing any two for sure)
good fold

i didnt saw the 150 stack lol . What range the wizard put u here?? JJ+ AKs+?

i think AKs would be a horrible call. i don´t have wiz here. can somebody look up how -EV it would be ? we are talking about a 100% SB open range right ?
i think this is reasonable. at a 11$ at least some people know what they are doing and it´s just an super obvious any two spot.

assuming that SB is pushing 100% of hands (what in this case is highly probable) we are calling with JJ+, jacks are very close tho - it is +EV to call with them if opponent is pushing 92-93%

AKs is eeeeasy fold;) -3.01 Diff%

PS. I was pretty sure that TT is a fold, posted a hand becaue that guy with 150 chips made an amazing comeback and I ended up at 4th position X(. I'm running soooo bad lately...

if you fold TT to someoen pushing 100% then it's not runnig bad, it's bad play.

you can´t say it like that. in this situation it´s just WRONG and BAD PLAY to call with TT. even JJ is a fold as i can see now. QQ is a call but not even a great one...

I strongly disagree, sure you may end as bubble boy and cripple may go to the money, but if you win this hand (which is most likely the case here, you got 75% vs **) then you gain very good view on first prize.
Altho this perfectly present why SNGs are not very good for money grinding, difference between getting from bubble just in the money is so huge compared to gain from 3rd to 2nd place that this is barely worth it.

I'm folding TT and AK pretty quickly here... If we win this hand our chance of winning this thing don't even go up that much... so taking a marginal call here is just bad... Although I think I would call JJ... atleast I would take bunch of time to think and then fold it :)...

And I think we have to keep in mind that really really really few players on this limit are capable of shoving ATC... I think his range could be around 85 - 90% or something...

good discussion going on here :)

I dare to ask, since when 75% chance to win a hand is marginal ?
Also how is getting to even chips with other ppl from shortstack is not great improovment to win top3 ?

It's marginal when loosing the hand is 75% worse than winning it :) (not sure if this made sense... it makes complete sense in my head )

and since we are winning chips from the big stack here our stack won't get really that much greater... Not sure if this makes sense but still... this is not one of the spots where winning the hand makes your odds million times better to win the sng

Lately I focused on making perfect, +EV decissions to overcome my downswing. As you can see it's not working for me:) (yet)

Personally, I would call this with JJ+, even though I don't think that SB is pushing any two here ( I guess something between 85-95%). Jacks would seem just too good to me, especially when taking into consideration fact that I had to request time to talk myself out of calling with TT;)

Hi all,

There's no debate here. The mathematical fact is that if SB is pushing 100% of cards here, TT is still an easy fold because of the chances that he sucks out or that we "just" have a flip. I instinctively still fold JJ here, but I can't fold QQ :( (at this limit folding QQ is perhaps best still).

Nice hand vindu.
