I don't have any specific read about villain. What you would do on the turn maybe check in first place ? Could he have a bluff?
There are not a lot of people who check raise as a bluff on the turn, after they have cbet the flop. They would rather barrel if they are bluffing. 3 bet pre is a nice option as well
