Hey Tigueras,
They also have to signup to one of our partner rooms and play a little to earn their first SP. If you are certain that your referred friends have fulfilled the requirements, then I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
