not sure what i was doing on the flop, maybe i was planning to bluff some turncards.

turn optimal?

can I B/F river? (obviously not on NL25, but higher?)

Against that opponent no, since he has 60bb
I´d fold pf, it is very hard to play KJ oop.
Fold flop, you´re way behind and can´t call turn bet, unless you improve.
Turn and river are fine.
