I like 2nd barreling the turn myself with an oesd.

As played: you have ok odds to call turn. You might consider a reraise since your pretty deep.

If you hit river just shove allin, pot is 24.85 he has 30 stack.

I would bet a bit more on the flop and bet the turn also. As played just raise that small turn bet, it doesn't show any strength and he can fold a queen if he hit it(probably playing bet-fold if he's ok) but call with a draw, unless you don't have a history that he plays sets this way(which I doubt any normal player does).

River becomes complicated as soon as you take passive turn line, check-folding on an ace is fine but not on 2-7 cards, on those you should blockbet-fold. Difficult to say without stats tho.

Probably b/f turn is better than c/c turn and then c/f river.
