Hey I have. I created an account through PS's link, deposited $10.50 and then transfered it to my Pokerstars account. I should have received the promotional $10 but nothing changed until now. Did I do anything wrong? The T&C just defined that I needed to deposit and/or transfer an amount superior to $10 to have the extra $10.

Welcome to the forums. 
The best thing to do would be to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
