Oh, UTG has wide range here (Ax+ 55+ usually). I'd 3-bet all-in preflop he usually calls here and you should cover his range. Callin is quite bad here.

against an UTG raise i would just fold my AQo here.
but if you think he is somehow lose, then go over the top and push all in.
calling is the worst option here in this spot.

either push all in if he seemes lose
or
fold if he is a solid tight player.
